REFUND POLICY • CIBIL IMPROVEMENT COURSE

Score 90%+ and get your ₹99 back

Finish the CIBIL course and score 90% or more (18 of 20) on the course assessment, and we refund your full ₹99 fee. Apart from that — and the payment problems listed below — the fee is non-refundable once access is unlocked, because the complete digital content is delivered instantly.

When you will get a full refund

Each case is checked against our payment and assessment records before the refund is approved.

✓You scored 90% or more on the course assessment: 18 or more correct out of 20. The assessment can be taken once; every learner who completes it gets the certificate, but only scores of 90%+ qualify for the refund.
✓Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same course. Every extra charge is refunded.
✓Paid but the course did not unlock: money was debited, but you did not receive course access and we are unable to restore it for you.

When refunds are not given

✕After course access has been unlocked, whether or not you watch the videos.
✕For an assessment score below 90%, or for watching the course without taking the assessment.
✕Change of mind, or because a different course or offer is preferred.
✕Because your CIBIL score did not change as expected. The course is educational; results depend on your own credit history, your lenders and the credit bureaus.

How to claim a refund

  1. Email contact@askrishabhtyagi.com from the email you used to buy the course — within 7 days of passing the assessment with 90%+, or of the payment problem.
  2. Include your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your payment confirmation). For an assessment refund, also include the Assessment ID shown with your score — the “Email Refund Request” button on the results screen fills these in for you.
  3. We verify your score and payment. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
